HQ Perfume is a fragrance brand launching three product lines under one wordmark — Vetta, Luxury and Chic — and needed a complete visual identity before a single bottle came off a production line. The brief covered the full stack: logo, label and box packaging, a 3D model of the bottle accurate enough to hand to a manufacturer, and photoreal renders good enough to sell the product before it existed.
Hasan Visuals ran the entire pipeline in-house — brand identity, packaging design, CAD modeling and final rendering — so every deliverable shares one visual language instead of being stitched together from separate vendors.
The challenge: looking market-ready before manufacturing exists
A new fragrance brand competes on shelf presence and first impressions — but a brand-new brand has neither a finished product to photograph nor an established visual identity to lean on. HQ Perfume needed to look like an established luxury house across three separate product lines, launch print-ready packaging that a manufacturer could actually produce, and generate marketing-grade visuals without commissioning a physical photoshoot before the bottle tooling was finalized.
The process: identity, packaging, engineering, then light
We treated this as one continuous pipeline rather than four separate jobs — each phase built directly on the decisions made in the one before it.
Discovery & concept sketching
Explored wordmark directions and bottle silhouettes through concept sketches before committing to a single visual language for the brand.
Logo & identity system
Finalized the HQ serif wordmark and built it out as a full system: black, white and gold color variants, each delivered in SVG, PNG and transparent PNG for use on any background.
Label & box packaging design
Designed a shared gold-on-black label template applied across all three product lines — Vetta, Luxury and Chic — then built the outer box top design in print-ready CMYK, PNG and editable SVG formats.
3D bottle engineering
Modeled the bottle as three separate manufacturing parts — body, cap and pump — in SolidWorks, then exported STEP and STL files so the model could be handed directly to a manufacturer for tooling.
Photoreal rendering & brand guidelines
Lit and rendered six photoreal marketing images across studio and lifestyle compositions, and compiled a full brand guidelines document covering logo usage, color systems and packaging application.

The results
Every asset a fragrance brand needs to look retail-ready — on a shelf, on Shopify, or in an investor deck — produced before a single unit was manufactured.
From concept sketch to a manufacturer's inbox
HQ Perfume left this project with a launch-ready brand system and a 3D bottle model that can go straight to a glass manufacturer — body, cap and pump modeled as separate, production-accurate parts, not just a pretty render.
